It's an honor to take part in this art exchange with you! It makes me happy when my art makes others happy when they decide to support my work. I am sure you will carefully choose an art piece that resonates with you and see yourself having in your life. Each original art piece is unique and made with love. As a one-person business, I do my best to ensure careful packaging and posting of my artwork.
Art that is on paper (or unstretched canvas) and is larger than 11" x 14" will be shipped in a mailing tube.
Art that is 11" x 14" or smaller will be shipped flat. Art is carefully packaged in corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure protection. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
As a one-person business I will do my best to get your order out in a timely manner. It usually takes around 5-7 business days for orders to leave my home. If it is a time-sensitive order, such as a gift, please let me know!
If I were to take longer for some reason, I will notify you. Arrival times vary: domestic (within U.S.) may take from 1-2 weeks. Everywhere else may take longer, up to 4 weeks or more.

If a specific mail carrier is desired, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
If for some reason there is an issue with your piece of art, you have up to 5 business days upon reception of artwork to contact me and let me know. I will be happy to do all I can to help!
Here are a few points:
- If your artwork were to arrive damaged please contact me within 5 business days upon reception of artwork and send photos of visible damage in both artwork and packaging.
- Do make sure you double-check all info with care before submitting an order :) I am not responsible for errors committed by postal service, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer, or theft. If an artwork is lost, a partial refund will only be provided when I receive confirmation by the mail carrier.
- Any taxes & customs fees incurred are responsibility of the buyer. All return shipping expenses are responsibility of the buyer if a return were to occur.

All art is originally created by Erika Tirado and is property of the artist and is copyrighted. It cannot be re-produced in any way or means whatsoever without my permission, this includes: copying, duplicating, printing, publishing, (even on a website), reproducing, or storing. Reproduction rights do not transfer to buyer by acquiring an original artwork. Re-producing for profit or not-for-profit is not permitted.
